Flight Instructor will deliver ground school, In-simulator training, and In-aircraft training during Initial, Recurrent, or Specialty training courses for our clients.
The Instructor will prioritize the customer's progress and work to improve the customer's performance. Methods will include: 1) Using a focused approach to individual training needs, 2) Tailoring the training to address the customer's improvement areas, and 3) Using the briefing and debriefing time to provide constructive feedback and criticism.
Provide standardized training in the classroom, in the simulator, and in the aircraft
Provide Initial Recurrent Training, and differences training
Enforce the company standards, teaching in accordance with safety standards
Use verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills to teach effectively

FAA Commercial Pilot's License
Hold an FAA CFI or CFI-I rating
Maintain a valid FAA Class 2 Medical.
Have accumulated at least 750 Total Flight Hours, 200 Hours in the company Model Aircraft
College degree is preferred
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
